Breakup Coaching

Not every relationship is meant to last forever. But that doesn’t mean it has to end with anger, blame or bitterness — the ending can honour what was good, even when the relationship itself must end.

  • Moving forward after a breakup
  • Separating without blame
  • Making peace with what was good
  • Deciding clearly rather than in a fight

Practicalities

How sessions actually run.

  • Format. Face to face in Hyderabad, or online via Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp.
  • Length. Individual sessions typically run 60 minutes; couples sessions 75–90 minutes.
  • Cadence. Usually fortnightly. Weekly during an acute phase, monthly during consolidation.
  • Duration. Most individual engagements settle around 8–12 sessions. Couples often need 10–16.
  • Languages. English, Hindi and Punjabi.
  • Confidentiality. Absolute, and contractually explicit in corporate engagements.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching works forward from where you are: patterns, choices, skills, action. It is not treatment for a mental health condition, and it does not replace clinical care.

If what you are carrying needs a psychiatrist or a licensed clinical psychologist, I will tell you in the discovery call and help you find the right person. That is not a rejection — it is the whole point of having ethics.

If you are in crisis in India, Tele-MANAS is free and available 24×7 on 14416.
