Breakup Coaching

Not every relationship is meant to last forever.

For people deciding how to end a relationship without anger or blame, and for people learning how to move forward after one. Online across India and worldwide, or in person in Hyderabad.

An ending can be handled well, and most of the damage comes from handling it badly.

Not every relationship is meant to last forever. But that doesn’t mean it has to end with anger, blame or bitterness.

I help individuals navigate breakups with clarity and compassion—whether you’re deciding how to end a relationship amicably or learning how to move forward after one. When two people have shared something meaningful, the ending can honour what was good, even when the relationship itself must end.

The goal isn’t to erase the memories. It’s to make peace with them.

Questions

Before you book.

No. Therapy often works backwards into history and can treat diagnosable conditions. I work forwards from where you are now — the decision in front of you, the conversations you have to have, and the habits that keep pulling you back. If there is depression, addiction or abuse in the picture, coaching is not the right first instrument and I will refer you to someone licensed.

That is often the best time. Most of the damage in a breakup comes from deciding in the middle of the worst version of the argument. Coming before you decide means you choose deliberately rather than reactively — and some people leave clear that the relationship is worth another attempt.

By separating the decision from the delivery. Most endings turn ugly because the person ending it is defending the decision while announcing it. We work on what you will say, what you will not say, where and when you say it, and how you hold the conversation when the other person reacts badly — which they may.

There is no fixed timeline, and anyone who gives you one is guessing. What I can say is that the people who recover fastest are the ones who stop relitigating the ending and start rebuilding routine, and that most clients see the sharpest change in the first six to eight sessions.

Yes — including couples who want to separate well because there are children involved. Coaching does not replace legal advice, and I will tell you when a question belongs with your lawyer rather than with me.

Yes. Some of the most useful work I do is with two people who have already decided to separate and want to do it without destroying what was good, or without putting their children in the middle of it.
