My Life Philosophy and Values
I am a passionate life and executive coach who loves to contribute to people’s growth stories. My multi-decade corporate journey has been full of ups & downs, individual & team challenges, and personal & corporate obstacles with its fair share of success, lessons, skills, and wisdom. During the journey, I came across great mentors and coaches whose knowledge and experiences empowered me to face both personal and professional challenges. Without them, it would have been a tougher ride. I want to pass on that valuable experience to anyone I come across.
People when facing life challenges, try to handle everything on their own. The battle they fight alone makes them feel overwhelmed and lonely. Sometimes we are not equipped to handle life’s various challenges on our own. We need help, emotional support, and a safe place where we are not judged for expressing our true selves. What to expect?
In a typical coaching session (face-to-face or remotely), I will discuss your problems and how they are currently affecting you. The problems we see are mostly just the tip of the iceberg. In the session we go beneath the surface touching your core values and beliefs, a lot of self reflection and self discovery to reach to the root of the problem. From here, the path towards possibilities and solutions emerges. I also offer you techniques to help you to learn a new set of behaviours. You’ll also be given helpful “homework” in the form of practising your new skills. One thing I can promise you – after attending a few coaching sessions –
YOU WILL NOT REMAIN THE SAME PERSON YOU WERE BEFORE THE COACHING.
